The Sacred Feminine has been lost and shackled. We’ve been consistently told we’re either too much or not enough, so we’re hiding our full light and authentic expression for fear of being shamed, rejected or maybe even burned. ...a trauma-informed embodiment guide based in St. Louis specializing in yoga, breathwork, meditation, reiki, yoga nidra, kundalini yoga, and sound healing. She facilitates transformational trauma-informed breathwork birthed from her studies with Pause breathwork, The Healing Arts Center and Kundalini Yoga and provides compassionate holistic guidance supported from her studies with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and The Empowered Heart Facilitator Training. She has received extensive training and mentorship in trauma-informed leadership through Experience Freedom, deepening her skills as a transformational coach. Her study in Massage Therapy and background in Occupational Therapy fosters her passion to help restore embodied harmony and to find a supportive wellness practice for every body.
